Are you feeling depressed, but can’t seem to figure out why? Feeling stuck, guilty, and confused because it doesn’t seem like there’s a good reason for you to feel this way? Perhaps even shame because no one else knows this part of you that feels so dark. Yet, you know that you need help because spiraling down is so frightening.
My Background and Approach
Let me come and sit with you in this place. You’re not alone. We can explore together how you came to this place, what holds you there, and what would need to happen for you to no longer feel trapped. In a safe and nonjudgmental environment, I partner with you to gain clarity and understanding, develop skills to help navigate your struggles, and build inner confidence to be able to find your way again. I have experience working with a wide range of clients, including children and teenagers, the elderly, university students, medical patients, and psychiatric forensic patients. However, I particularly enjoy working with adults who are struggling though big life transitions, new moms, parents with young children, Christians wrestling with their faith, married couples who feel disconnected, and those who are self-reflective, but need guidance and support.
