About My Clients

My Background and Approach
Navigating through the course of life and the challenges that arise along the way can become overwhelming to handle alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I am dedicated to providing unique and individualized care for children, adolescents, adults and families with mental health and developmental concerns. I aim to help increase self-awareness as well as mental, emotional and relational well-being. Through a unique blend of solution focused, cognitive behavioral, art therapy and mindfulness approaches we will work together to identify the connections between thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how to use those connections for positive change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am enthusiastic, I feel deeply, and I believe in the power of positive vibes - these are core to who am as a person and as a therapist. I believe in inspiring accountability while remaining empathetic and I believe that all individuals have capabilities beyond their own beliefs.
