Seeking therapy can be a scary thing, but it doesn’t have to be. Counseling can help us to be a better version of ourselves, while also allowing us the opportunity to understand the roles others play in the process. Perhaps you’ve been feeling sad or hopeless, withdrawing from others, & feeling disconnected or numb. Maybe you feel “on edge” & are unsure why. Sometimes these struggles require us to stop, seek support, & ask for help. And that’s okay. Together, we will work to find what it is you are looking for. My style is highly interactive, supportive, & strengths-based & my goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental, empowering space for you to tell your story & be heard. In these stressful & unprecedented times, I will guide & support you through your journey as you learn how to manage stressors, learn to reconnect with yourself, & learn to heal traumatic wounds.
