Has the pandemic left you lonely? Isolated? More anxious? Are you needing some extra support right now ( I think we all do). As the pandemic end, there is more of a need than ever to connect with others. Finding the right therapist is like trying on a pair of shoe, it has to ne the right fit. My Background and Approach
I am strength based and solution oriented in my approach. Often times people know the issues they are struggling with, but we often forget to utilize the strengths we already posses. My practice focuses on your strengths and the strengths of others to help create a community of support for clients. Dr. Seuss said it best, Life is a great balancing act. I could not believe more. Therapy is a process to create life balance and self actualization/happiness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Growing up in the Jewish and LGBTQIA communities has taught me that life is about giving back and supporting people to live their best life. I am a strong advocate for marginalized communities and take pride in helping to create opportunities for others.
