About My Clients
What you've been dealing with lately has been causing stress, anxiety, overwhelm and depression. It might be a change at work, an issue in your relationships, or something else. You're noticing how much its affecting you and you don't want to suffer any longer. You're starting to believe therapy with the right person can help. I help people who have tried to make the stress and anxiety go away on their own, get back to balance. My clients begin to see improvements within the first few sessions.
My Background and Approach
I have 10 years of experience working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, work and life stress, racial stress, and going through transitions related to work or relationships. I specialize in helping working professionals understand the role work and career plays in our lives. My clients might feel lost when they first come to therapy, but we quickly work to understand and problem solve the issues they are going through, use new tools and strategies learned in therapy, and start to change the way they feel and how their life is going. I will listen with empathy and help you make the decisions you need to make but I will never judge you. We will work together to restore balance in your life and confidence in yourself. If you're feeling its time to make some healthy changes in your life and you want to get back to living a more fulfilled and balanced life, please reach out for a free 15 minute telephone consultation and lets see how I may be able to help you on your journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a straight, Jain, Hindu and spiritual South Asian female and I support inclusion of all races, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I believe in the value of every human being and I understand the marginalization of minorities and the impact it has on our lives and our mental health. I bring awareness to therapy sessions with clients and there is always a space to talk about how our diversity or minority status affects us.
