I take a person-centered and humanistic approach to therapy, believing that forming a genuine, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic relationship is the first step to helping individuals through change.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master's Degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles. My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, coping skills, life transitions, crisis intervention, and stress management. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based and solution-focused techniques, tailoring my treatment approach and therapeutic modalities to best meet the needs of each individual.
