About My Clients
I work with Individuals and Couples and those wanting treatment help for ADHD to reduce the chaos and create more connection in their lives. I do this by getting to know YOU, your strengths and values, creating a plan of action to remove the patterns that are keeping you from the peace you are seeking, and then supporting you in implementing stronger and more effective communication strategies and boundaries.
My Background and Approach
I have a background in business (I was a CPA in my early career!), have been trained as a Coach from Coach University, and obtained my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from George Fox University. I also have the lived experience of marriage, raising kids (mine are teens now!) and trying to make sense of this busy world we live in. My approach is eclectic and tailored to your needs, whether that is CPT and mindfulness for anxiety or ADHD, family systems approach for communication, Gottman and EFT principles for relationships, or deep inquiry into your soul's purpose, we find what is most helpful to you. I strive to create a warm, comfortable, and safe environment for you to share YOU and your story so we can collaboratively help you identify the areas you would like to improve in your life — to let go of the craziness and move towards peace, fulfillment, and success.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly belief in the unique Self or soul in each of us as human beings. It is our purpose to uncover what our natural strengths are and what our purpose is on this planet. We each have something to contribute. And we cannot be fighting each other that there is one right way to live life, for we each have something different to offer each other. We need to get past the false beliefs we might have been taught as youngsters, address the anxieties and challenges, and heal from the trauma we have experienced to uncover the true reason we are here. You deserve to live a fulfilling life.
