My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the first step in healing is to understand how your life experiences affected you. We will look at the survival skills you developed to cope, and how they may now be working against you. I will help you develop a more realistic view of yourself and teach you skills you need for reducing anxiety and depression and having a healthier self-esteem. Change is not easy, but it CAN happen. I will give you the support you need along the way.
