About My Clients
As humans, we create patterns and behaviors that may no longer be helpful for us when navigating relationships in our life. This can feel stressful, helpless, and anxiety provoking. Having space to acknowledge and talk about what is happening in your life can help relieve the intensity of those feelings and can help create new patterns and behaviors. With my support we can explore ways for you to tell your own story and find strategies that work for you to manage life events.
My Background and Approach
I utilize evidence-based treatments that are individualized to the person. I have specialized training in art therapy and EMDR. In my work with individuals and groups, I am compassionate, collaborative, culturally sensitive and creative. I've spent much of my career working in hospital-based and outpatient settings using a variety approaches not limited to: DBT, CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, attachment, family systems, solution focused, and life coaching. I am here to listen and provide support. I am accepting new clients virtually and in-person.
