About My Clients
I work with adolescents (11+) and adults who struggle with issues such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, trauma, grief. behavioral difficulties, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, dysfunctional family environments, and adjustment disorders. My main goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and support you on your journey towards growth and healing.
My Background and Approach
I have had the great honor of being trained by William Symes of Fayetteville since 2015 in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Jungian Analytic techniques, Gestalt psychotherapy, James Masterson psychotherapy, Object Relations, Erickson Strategic Theory, and Mindfulness techniques. In addition, I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques when appropriate. I use an integrative approach to therapy that is tailored to each individual's needs.
