About My Clients

You are worthy of a life of authenticity and passion. I help couples disengage from exhausting dynamics and build relationships of true intimacy and alignment. I specialize in supporting couples (including queer and non-monogamous) from different ethnic/religious/racial backgrounds. I support caregivers as they navigate the emotional journey of nurturing others. Parents struggling to relate to their children and wanting to break intergenerational cycles are frequently among the clients I see.

My Background and Approach

My style is playful, warm, and direct. I see us as equal partners with the common goal of helping you have a peaceful, meaningful life. We will draw from many types of therapeutic approaches to build resilience and identify the values that drive your choices. We’ll get to know your inner children and the stories you tell yourself about your worth and purpose. I take a holistic view of well-being, and we will support your relationship to movement, nourishment, rest, and creative practices. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. There is no part of you that is “too much” for therapy with me. I have 10 years of experience in working with families undergoing difficult transitions—from a child’s diagnosis of autism, to elder care and Alzheimer’s disease, to caregiver burnout. I also have extensive experience supporting educators and healing professionals as they work through secondhand trauma and the stress of working in unsupportive environments.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
