About My Clients
I work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. I help my clients address issues such as depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, conflict, infidelity, divorce, parenting issues, eating disorders, fears, insecurity, self-esteem, grief, and stress. I hold sessions either online or in my office in Westlake Village by the lake.
My Background and Approach
I work to develop meainful connections with my client in a safe therapeutic environment, without judgment. I help clients to better their lives, partnerships, families, work and social relationships, by exploring how experiences, thoughts and feelings color the way we interact with our world. This exploration helps us to reveal our challenges and provide us with ways to deal with them. A good therapist will include your unique worldview in the therapeutic process; that is your culture, ethnicity, spirituality, and everything that is important to you, in the process of uncovering paths to meaningful improvement. My approach comprises psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, person-centered and humanistic theories.
