I specialize in treating individuals impacted by trauma and utilize a client-centered approach to facilitate healing and support the brain and body in recovering from a traumatic event. I believe that providing a safe space in therapy serves as a strong foundation to empower you to process your narrative and find meaning in your next chapter of life. I integrate techniques from mindfulness-based interventions, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and psychodynamic therapy to support you in building insight into your past experiences and continuing a path towards healing. I believe that everyone is unique and will collaborate with you to guide your individual goals in therapy.
