About My Clients
I work with various individuals who are struggling with mental health symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. As well as individuals who are experiencing life challenges such as unhealthy relationships, life changes, job concerns, situations where they feel “stuck” and every day stressors. My goal as a therapist is to gain an understanding of your life, identify possible blind spots, hold space for you to process emotions and increase personal insight, and encourage life changes.
