My Background and Approach
I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Advanced Training in Complex Trauma and Dissociation (Parts work), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Sex Therapy. With these specialties, I am able to integrate tools from each modality to help you start building a life you want to live.
