I know firsthand how chaotic life can get and how scary it can be when everything you once knew is no longer working. Using brainspotting and other types of therapy that best suit your needs, I can assist you in navigating life's challenges to again find balance in your daily life. My approach is centered around your needs and what will work for you and your lifestyle. My goal is for you to regain your life back and have stability where you can trust yourself again. Sometimes this is easier said than done and I will help you navigate your concerns in a way that is doable so that you can start thriving in your current life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all of us deserves to live a life of authenticity where we are able to fully express our thoughts and desires. Although we have different cultures, beliefs, and are coming from different backgrounds, we are human and deserve to live in dignity and be treated with compassion. Despite all of the dividing factors that we are now exposed to, I strive as a therapist and as a fellow human being to try to understand the person next to me and to be kind despite our differences. I can't influence everyone in this world, but I can focus on the person next to me. In my spare time, I focus on play and is big on neuroplasticity, so I play the drums and do other creative work.
