I will never start a therapy session with an agenda or script. Rather, I operate intuitively and believe that clients should be in the “drivers’ seat” guiding the session. My goal as a clinician is to be a reliable support and sounding board for you to be able to clearly hear your true self. My counseling approach is intuitive, integrative, & transpersonal. I allow my intuition to guide me in sessions and look at the client holistically, taking all elements of life into consideration (such as past trauma, life experiences, self-beliefs, family dynamics, etc.). My counseling technique tends to be strength-based, client-centered with psychoanalytic and cognitive behavioral elements. This means we build on strengths and acknowledge situations in the past that may be creating a barrier to what you want presently. I have a passion for sandtray therapy and continue to pursue this as my therapeutic specialty. I use the above mentioned techniques in combination with sandtray therapy.

I believe that unconditional positive regard and empathic listening/responding are huge facilitators of healing. Amongst the chaos in the world, I find it important to hold a peaceful, safe space for all to come exactly as they are for a moment of pause, reflection, and rest. In my spare time, you can find volunteering with an Intuitive Investigations Academy working on cold cases & missing persons cases alongside law enforcement. Being a member of this academy has inspired me to be of therapeutic service to those in the spiritual community. I hope to provide them with a judgement free space where they can openly process their spiritual explorations and experiences.
