Weekend/evening options-100% Teletherapy/Video- out of the comfort of home- 18 yrs+ - Individual therapy (not couple/family). Clients who work with me appreciate my energy, kindness and straight forward guidance. Accepted Insurance Plans for Washington based clients noted below. LGTBQIA2S+ are safe here. On a personal note, I value meditating, comedy, the art of bodybuilding, and the never ending cuddles with my therapy side kick, Bella the Chihuahua. I understand juggling the demands of life, loved ones, family, and the pressures of doing it all in this fast paced world. I get you. I hear you.
