My Background and Approach
At Therapeutic Counseling and Consulting we have a team of therapists from different backgrounds. Our therapists utilize a variety of approaches based on your needs. We work collaboratively with you to help you on your journey toward healing. Therapeutic Counseling & Consulting is here to provide a safe, non judgmental, therapeutic atmosphere for you to be heard. We believe that building rapport and providing thoughtful insight, while remaining non bias is key to developing the therapeutic relationship. We take a compassionate integrative approach while focusing on your strengths and needs. Individual therapy sessions are person centered in which we build on your strengths to overcome any obstacles you may be going through. We will work together to build on self-awareness and increase positive feelings. Life situations can be difficult and tough to go through alone.

As a team we all believe that everyone has a voice, and we are here to listen to you!
