My Background and Approach
After obtaining her Bachelor’s in Education from Auburn University and her Master’s in Marital, Couple, & Family Counseling/Therapy from Stetson University; I worked state-side and abroad with youth and their families, further solidifying my passion to understand relationship dynamics and systems. I specialize in working with clients with stress and anxiety, relationship/marital challenges, family conflict, parenting struggles, ineffective work relationships, & and troubled work cultures. I currently work with individuals, businesses, and organizations; using systems and strength-based approaches to help clients reach their goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am active in professional groups that prioritize strong families and communities. I believe the pathway to a healthy life starts with mental health.
