I provide CBT and exposure therapy to address panic disorder. I have experience in treating both adults and youth with panic disorder.
I was trained to provide exposure and response prevention through the International OCD foundation (IOCDF). I have received supervision through IOCD though the training. I have extensive experience in treating adults, youth and children with OCD.
I specialize in anxiety disorders using solely evidenced based practices. I have experience working with adults and adolescents with anxiety and stress.
I provide Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy and it is the most effective form of treatment for OCD. Through ERP, clients learn to gradually reduce their anxieties and stop the problematic cycle of OCD.
I provide cognitive behavioral therapy to address anxiety symptoms. Some of the skills taught include, but are not limited to: psychoeducation, three components model, self monitoring thought records, cognitive restructuring, exposure therapy, behavioral activation, and stress reduction techniques.
Cognitive Processing therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE) are both evidenced based treatments grounded from CBT. CBT helps patients learn how to modify and challenge unhelpful beliefs related to the trauma. PE teaches you to gradually approach trauma-related memories, feelings, and situations that you have been avoiding since your trauma.
