About My Clients
I will be here with you on your journey towards finding the healing you deserve. You may be feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, lost, anxious, depressed, or as if something is simply missing from life. In order to work through the issues you are currently experiencing, it can be essential to have support. I applaud you for having the courage and the strength to reach out for help.
My Background and Approach
I create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to be yourself. I am client-centered at the core of my practices, meaning I will meet you where you are at, and from there we will begin to identify solutions. Often clients report feeling better after being fully heard and understood by another person without judgment. I strive to be open, genuine, and empathetic in our work together. It has been said that we are either repeating, or we are working through. By repeating, we mean, unconsciously acting out old patterns of behavior. By working through, we mean, doing the work, or said another way: dedicating ourselves to the process of understanding ourselves more fully and fundamentally changing how we show up in life. If we have been stuck in certain patterns for years or decades it only makes sense that it will take some time to reverse or abandon these patterns and forge new pathways. Let's work through, together. I work with adults, ages 21 and up. I have 14 years of experience.
