My Background and Approach
For individuals confused by the workplace matrix of power, promotions and firings, I provide a deeper understanding of how to survive and thrive in this environment. I will assess your communication and leadership styles and uncovers areas you will need to strengthen to be more successful in the workplace. For couples struggling in a marriage or partnership which feels complicated or lacking in passion, I can help. I work with individuals and couples to reveal damaging patterns and broader themes as well as current strengths in the relationship. If one member of the couple is not yet ready for counseling, therapy can begin with the ready individual. It is not necessary for both members to begin therapy at the same time.
