In this chaotic modern world, you may feel increasingly more anxious, overwhelmed, or possibly depressed. Life may even feel unmanageable. You might find yourself trying to fill an internal void with external things, such as alcohol, drugs, food, sex, or relationships. Experiences from your past could leave you feeling stuck in your present. Change can be terrifying, and taking that first step may feel impossible.
My Background and Approach
I believe everyone has the capacity to achieve positive and lasting change. I became a therapist to help others see their worth and take ownership of their lives. Despite what that non-stop loop of negative self-talk in your head may tell you, you are good enough just as you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know how difficult it can be to take that first step, which is why I strive to offer a light-hearted and non-judgmental space where humor and laughter become a part of the healing process.
