About My Clients
My clients are adults from 18 years old and older. I serve individuals, couples, and families, as well friends or other close relationships. Together we will work to create more understanding, better communication and find solutions to the issues you are currently experiencing.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive training in Attachment-based therapeutic techniques. Additionally, I am currently enrolled in a formal Sex Therapy. I have studies Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy, Developmental Model for Couples for relational issues. I have studied CBT, ACT, and DBT behavioral interventions. Additionally, I believe you are the expert on what you need. I am on this journey with you but you lead the general direction of the therapy then I bring my expertise to guide our work together.
