My Background and Approach
As a Provisionally Licensed Counselor, I have a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I am a trained Brainspotting Therapist and an Anger Management Specialist.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The intention in therapy is to provide an authentic, transparent, and safe space for my clients as they explore challenges and issues. My desire is for us to utilize therapy to move past current barriers in their life to develop a healthy, manageable lifestyle. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with their own personal life crisis, whether it be depression, anxiety, major life transitions, stress management, relationship/familial concerns and conflict, identity development, anger, grief or mental health disorders.
