My Background and Approach
When working through challenges, it often feels like we’re in a never-ending loop with limited options in hand, and I know how exhausting this can feel. I’ve helped college students and young adults find their way out into a meaningful life. I specialize in individualized care, knowing that what works for some people, may not work for you! I’m here for YOU! At times therapy can feel intense or complex, but just like life, we will also leave room for enjoyment and reward. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe you are exactly where you need to be right now. I know sometimes it may not feel like it, but you are. You are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or fearful, but they are there for a reason. My goal is to help you see that in yourself and continue to utilize these feelings you have to move towards the desired direction in your life. It is never about the destination but the journey that we see what is important to us.
