About My Clients
Let's take this one breath at a time. I'm Trish and I'm here to help you overcome serious trauma whether it happened recently or as a child. I am specialized to work with individuals who have experienced significant trauma. I spent many years of my career in the field helping people on the worst day of their life alongside first responders. I specialize in domestic violence, child/sexual abuse, grief and loss, survivors of traumatic events, and the helpers themselves (first responders).
My Background and Approach
With me, you'll find a safe space for really intense thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I specialize in using EMDR which can assist get the trauma off our your nervous system. I am skilled in using meditation and mindfulness techniques to help you ground yourself as you process this work. My job is to guide you along your path of healing and get you to a place where you can breath again.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that when a person is ready, they can process through any trauma they have experienced. Humans are survivors and can get through insurmountable odds. At the core of a lot of different symptoms is a wounded person, often child, who needs a safe space to come out and heal those wounds.
