If you are feeling frustrated and stuck with life challenges such as grief and loss or if you need support with depression, anxiety or trauma or are seeking assistance with distress related to parenting and family relationship issues, I can help. I am a multi-cultural and multi-lingual therapist who is trained in Couple and Family Therapy and licensed as a Mental Health Counselor.

I work with individuals, couples and children. In addition, I have knowledge and experience working with women who have suffered from domestic violence. I have a warm and empathetic counseling approach that is culturally sensitive and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
