I assist individuals to navigate the systemic oppression experience through life and within our systems, family, and workforce. I use self-compassion and strategies to process the daily impact of systemic oppression on daily life.

I work with trauma survivors. I am EMDR trained and use a mix of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion to help with the healing journey of any unprocessed trauma.

I help identify self-care that matches your life/personality/pocket. We start with the main strategies that can be adjusted to your unique situation. I use mindfulness that can be practiced at any time and feels compassionate to my clients.

We have a diverse staff with different backgrounds that help understand your unique experiences based on the intersectionality of your identities.

We use "the now" to help individuals ground themselves and cope with daily struggles in a compassionate and caring way.

CBT helps find perspective and create new patterns of thinking to heal and cope with different issues. CBT is a gentle challenge of patterns we form based on past trauma, experiences, and challenges, but we can create new ways of thinking by gaining introspection and awareness.
