About My Clients
I have extensive experience in helping clients and families with significant life changes, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, and overall adjustment issues. I can also help clients with stress management, self esteem, and relationship/communication issues.
My Background and Approach
I use different intervention methods including psychotherapy, client centered, solution focused, and CBT. I am a strong believer in the power of therapy in helping clients reach their optimal emotional well-being. I believe every client is unique so I always start where the client is. I provide a safe place for clients to feel comfortable to share their story, concerns and goals. I also believe that all clients have strengths that should be recognized and celebrated.
