About My Clients
I love my work! From facilitating social skills groups for children, to helping teens navigate difficult emotions, to supporting adults through various life stages, I am here for you. I have been working in the mental health field since 2007. I have experience with a wide range of needs, including dual diagnosis, veterans, children with ADHD and/or autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, parent support, and more!
My Background and Approach
Through a blend of various therapeutic techniques, I accompany you on your journey to build coping skills and a strong sense of self. I provide parenting support, social skills group, teen anxiety groups, individual Telehealth therapy, and walk and talk therapy. You are on a journey and I am honored to be by your side. I utilize a blend of CBT, ACT, and DBT based on your unique needs. I also provide parenting support for parents of kids with challenging behaviors through a behavioral therapy approach.
