About My Clients
I applaud you for taking the first step towards in your healing journey. Life can throw us some unexpected challenges, yet we have the power within to overcome them. Perhaps you are currently struggling with relationships, family of origin dynamics, unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger, or feelings of self-doubt. I am here to validate your experience and help you navigate these challenges.
My Background and Approach
My approach is to help you tap into your innate strengths and guide you towards a path of self-discovery and growth. As a first-generation Xicana, I understand the Latinx impact on various aspects of a persona's life and integrate this into my practice. I also actively strive to decolonize my practice and welcome ancestral healing practices. I use a strength-based, mindfulness, trauma-informed, eclectic approach, tailored to your specific needs. I am also in-training to provide EMDR, which is highly effective in helping process trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I support Immigration Reform, Dreamers, Black Lives Matter, and Anti-Racism. I strive to provide a safe, supportive space for LGBTQIA+ I am actively striving to decolonize my practice and center ancestral wisdom.
