About My Clients
Dealing with the issues that hold us back can be difficult, but I'm here to help. I know how important our mental health is and I want to help you through whatever it is that you are struggling with as best as I can.
My Background and Approach
I am currently a graduate student on the Clinical Mental Health track at Adams State University. I tend to rely on CBT and reality-based modalities and therapies. I also have experience running tabletop role-playing games professionally and am interested in using them as part of the counseling process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have experience as a volunteer peer counselor with Recovering from Religion and I am committed to providing therapy and counseling within a secular framework.
