About My Clients
I enjoy working with women during their transition into motherhood and pregnancy journey, including infertility and pregnancy loss. I also enjoy working with women during various life transitions including marriage, parenting, etc. I have specialized training in working with mood disorders and borderline personality disorder.
My Background and Approach
I have specialized training and certifications in DBT, Postpartum Depression, Postpartum Anxiety, Postpartum Mood Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, employment related struggles, anxiety, depression, and Bipolar Disorder.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have worked in the human services field since 2011.I am a mother and have a beautiful family. I grew up in a small farming community in Oklahoma. I believe that therapy is a journey and I am nearly a partner in your journey. I believe that laughter is the best medicine. I identify as an LGBTQ+ ally
