Although there are thousands of treatment methods and approaches, establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic rapport is often the core of effective therapy. Working with clients, I take a person-centered, strength-based approach. I like meeting clients where they are and helping them to set up practical and tangible goals that make the most sense to them. I enjoy helping couples, partners and families achieve a greater sense of unity and satisfaction in their lives. Some of the tools I use include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
