Let's work together to ease your pain and heal, this journey is not an easy one, however, I will be with you every step of the way. Feeling anxious, sad, overwhelmed, frustrated, stuck, can be a scary and lonely place, but it doesn't have to be.
My Background and Approach
My approach to counseling is a very team orientated approach and client centered, meaning, we will work together in your journey, however I will follow your lead. If you need a gentle push, or to be understood, or to process difficult emotions, work on trauma, learn coping mechanisms, whatever you need we will work on it together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an active advocate of acceptance and living in an all-inclusive society that allows all individuals of different abilities, culture, and diverse backgrounds live their life to their full potential.
