As a trauma-trained professional, I work with individuals like you to help them return to themselves. Through befriending you sensations, learning to identify and redirect patterns in your life and relationships, and beginning to feel safe enough to turn toward the stories of harm, you too can begin to live in a body that is not always on guard and to take steps toward healing.
I am a Ukrainian, non-binary and queer-identified practitioner. I am fully affirming of my client’s identities and welcome conversations about their beauty and complexity. I hold a lot of white, straight-passing, able-bodied, thin and small fat privilege and work to be mindful of it in my therapeutic practice.
Social justice is very important to me and my work, and as I continue my own learning, I encourage my clients to fully bring their many intersections of identity to therapy, inviting race, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability and body size to be named and explored.
