As a first-generation Latinx therapist, I enjoy working with folx who want to learn how to build healthy relationships with self and others through boundary work and self compassion, work through past trauma or difficult experiences, need extra support during hard times if they're experiencing anxiety or depression, or BIPOC folx wanting to explore deeper their cultural and identity formation. My Background and Approach
I'm originally from the Rio Grande Valley and was raised in Mexico, so I can relate to the challenges that come with being part of a minority living in an unfamiliar environment, struggling to learn two different cultures while also trying to figure out life. As someone who finds value in staying curious and bringing that into session, I want to help you discover yourself through humor, genuineness, being okay with messing up, and holding a safe space for the ups and downs that may come as a result of self-discovery. I love to incorporate body movement and mind + body connection in my work to increase mindfulness and relax our bodies at the same time. I’m here to support you and listen to you wholeheartedly without judgment. Through my warmth and relatability, I will aim to increase your mind + body connection and guide you to where you want to be.

I am committed to social justice and liberation and will continue raise up the voices of those who have been oppressed and shut down so that together, our voices and experiences may be heard.
