About My Clients
Do you beat yourself up over little mistakes? Do you continue to criticize yourself even after you have corrected the mistake? Do you prioritize everyone else over your own well being? When others don’t treat you well you find a way to self blame? Having low self esteem can be debilitating and I’m here to help teach you techniques to take control of your mind again.
My Background and Approach
Since entering the field of psychology I have worked with a variety of different settings. I will provide you with tools and techniques I have acquired throughout my career. I am very flexible and will never force any one technique on you. Together, we will collaboratively figure out what works best for you. My goal is to get you to find multiple tools to help you cope with your unique struggles. In general, I would describe my approach as warm, empathic, and direct.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the most important aspect of the therapeutic relationship is the bond created between the patient and the therapist. Therapy will not be enjoyable at all times. Fortunately, there is tremendous growth that comes from the pain of relieving the past, mourning the life that you imagined and loving yourself for who you are.
