I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field for over 20 years. I’ve worked with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. With my wealth of experience, I will guide you towards what you want for yourself and your loved ones. Dealing with various emotions and not understanding where they are coming from and why they are happening can feel extremely frustrating. Anxiety and depression can feel like an everyday part of life - but they do not have to be. Learning how to cope with these symptoms and providing you with the skills necessary to do so is what I am here to do.

I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. Through my own therapy, I learned how to handle my feelings of depression, caused by low self-esteem, and move past it so that it didn't have control over me. I believe the Yankees are the best team in the MLB, but I will not judge you if you're not aware of that obvious fact. I don't discriminate against anyone.
