My clients express frustration with relationships and a need for guidance at a difficult time. We are- many of us- working to heal from family conflict and to recover from disordered eating, insufficient sleep, and an overabundance of substance usage in society. Living in an atmosphere of fear, blame, and comparison we seek to grow and thrive in our current world.
Are you anxious or stressed? A bit of a perfectionist for whom things are not perfect? Are past events getting in the way of what you want to do in the present? I love working with adults and teens dealing with anxiety or panic, trauma (including complex trauma), creative/entertainment industry issues, relationships, and identity issues.
We provide psychotherapy, sex & relationship therapy and coaching to individuals, couples, throuples, family, chosen family members, and more. We support your mental health journey and are especially inclusive of lifestyles such as: BIPOC, polyamory/swinger/nonmonogamy, LGBTQIA, genderfluid, sexual/social minorities, kink, BDSM, sex worker communities, intersectionality and variations in and within sexual expression. We offer Trauma Support.
Are there moments when you feel overwhelmed, tired of feeling stressed, anxious, and discouraged from life events that are out of your control? Maybe you have experienced a significant loss like a relationship ending, a job loss, a move, loss of financial security, or the death of a loved one? All life changes both positive and negative can throw you into grief, a state of disequilibrium, where you struggle to find a new normal or you experience difficulties in your relationships.
I provide therapy to a diverse population of adults and work closely with First and Second Generation Hispanic/Latinx Individuals. I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing an array of issues such as: anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. In addition, I work closely with Adult Children of Alcoholics who have been deeply affected by the effects of the disease.
Being human is hard. When two different people, flaws and all, form a relationship, it’s harder. When those two decide that they want to swing with other couples, that can be even more complicated. Or perhaps they decide to open up their relationship on occasion. What are the boundaries? How about when those two humans become part of a triad, or quad? There might be some unique challenges with that choice as well. And jealousy! Navigating yours, and theirs, is not for the faint of heart.
Do you feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety or defeat, as a result of a significant life change or trauma? Maybe a relationship has ended or a new phase of life has just begun. Perhaps you’re living with the long-term effects of abuse, assault, or other traumatic experiences. You may feel unsafe & out of control of your life or emotions. Eventually, these things start to overflow into other areas of life...and yet despite how hard things are right now, you know there’s more to life than this.
In Today's World, we often find ourselves in really complex issues. If you are feeling a bit lost, that’s ok. Struggles with overwhelm, feeling burdened, searching for self and relational complexities are a normal part of living. Navigating Modern Challenges with Compassion and Insight is Key. It is important to have healthy strategies in place and create a way forward. Regardless of the challenges, therapy isn't just about coping; it's about thriving.
Do you get caught in repetitive unhealthy cycles? Anxious thought loops or the same relationship mistakes over and over? Our fast-paced culture can be challenging for personal growth, but together we can collaborate to find tools that work for you. Whether you are seeking happiness in relationships, anxiety management, healing from trauma or better ways to communicate, we can work together toward your goals.
People seek therapy for so many reasons, but mostly we all want to feel loved, safe & understood. We want to feel a sense purpose & feel good enough as we are & yet so many of us struggle to feel these ways. Sometimes our lives look very different than we imagined & we need help making sense out of things. We might be feeling disconnected or numb, uncertain or alone. We might be questioning who we are or the direction we are heading & need to find some clarity, perspective or hope.
I strive to create a safe and affirming space for clients to engage and connect with their whole self. I am passionate about working with individuals, partners, young adults and the LGBTQIA+ community struggling with libido, erectile issues, self-esteem, trauma, spirituality, desire discrepancy, infidelity, intimacy, gender identity, and sexual orientation. My ideal clients are ready to fully show up and claim their pleasure.

It's important to work with a therapist who really gets you! Our therapists appreciate that we each have unique stories that shape us and that we all want to know that we belong. We work with diverse clients and specialize in helping you create more meaningful relationships & intimacy, heal trauma, cope with oppression & toxic culture, navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, embrace intersections of identity, feel more empowered as Highly Sensitive People, and feel less broken or alone.
Focusing on the needs of people in ENM and poly relationships, I address the complexities of relationships by examining one's own deepest needs desires and longings. Some of my clients are victims of sexual trauma. Some of my clients deal with crippling anxiety, phobias and anger. Some of my clients have secrets and shame that they believe are too much to share with anyone. Some of my clients want to learn how to create harmony, but don't know where to start.
I am an AASECT certified Sex Therapist, who works with individuals and couples who identify as LGBTQIA+, Kinky, Sex Workers, or practice Polyamory/Consensual Non-monogamy. I help any client interested in experiencing a more fulfilling and balanced relationship with sexuality or gender and is looking to heal from trauma.
So many of us are searching for who we truly are. We’re so encapsulated in who we should be being for others, that we end up losing ourselves. This shows up most frequently in intimate relationships. Our desire for unconditional love from another supersedes our need for physical connection. Emotion trumps sexuality. And what goes on within our mind shuts down the abilities of our body. Are you feeling lost in your relationship? Are you craving more intimacy?
I work with clients to help them better navigate their experiences so that they can feel more authentic and aligned as they move through the world. Societal and cultural pressures affect each of us differently. I practice in a way that acknowledges the impact of systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma on individuals and communities. I know that when you walk into the room, you bring with you experiences I've never had and I believe that you are the expert on your own lived experience.
