My clients are often looking for a sense of direction and perspective as they go through significant life transitions. They may feel disillusioned with their work or relationships, or struggle to let go of habits that don't serve them anymore. They have a sense that a different way is possible, but are not sure how to get there. Some are just taking the first steps towards change, and others are already on their path and want support as they learn from and integrate their experiences.
My passion is working with transgender, nonbinary, and intersex people, and the people who love them, whether or not gender identity is a topic of exploration. My clients are likely to be involved in relationship models and communities not sanctioned by Those Who Judge, and they often have a strong drive toward creative expression in its many forms. Neurodivergent and Highly Sensitive people report feeling welcome, safe, and seen.

I find I am most helpful working with individual transition age youth and adults seeking help with bipolar and mood disorders, identity exploration, setting boundaries and navigating relationships, learning coping skills, making sense of traumatic experiences, and unpacking privilege and learning to be a better ally. I am comfortable and knowledgeable about topics relating to sex and sexuality, gender affirmation, sex positivity, poly/non-monogamy, and intersections of identity.
