Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, but I have a particular passion for supporting young adults as they navigate significant milestones and transitions in life. For those entering or navigating college, I provide guidance in adjusting to campus life, managing academic pressures, and navigating the complexities of friendships and relationships.
Have you been feeling worried, unmotivated, or overwhelmed? You are not alone, and therapy can help you find relief. I specialize in supporting women who are struggling with the impacts of stress, trauma, and grief. Ongoing stress and unresolved trauma can lead to anxiety, depression, addiction, and chronic illness.

I have clients from all walks of life, issues, races, religions, and cultures. Each person has there very own story that has brought them to therapy. I treat each individual with various therapy techniques that work for them and there situation.
My passions lay in working with a variety of clients, particularly with those who are neurodivergent, queer, healthcare professionals, and/or college students. I enjoy working with all ages and my passion includes working with clients who are seeking a counselor who accepts them for who they are and may have had bad experiences in the past with counseling. I focus most on the therapeutic relationship so much of our work together will be through our conversations together. I don't "workbook".
