My clients are often people who feel out of step with mainstream life. Many of them practice ethical non-monogamy or identify as kinky. Some are gender fluid, or transitioning. About half see me individually while the others see me together with their partner(s). We focus on a wide variety of topics related to relationships, sex and intimacy, communication, and conflict resolution.
I specialize in treating ADHD and other neurodivergence related disorders. I have also found to be effective for clients who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, as well as other mental health struggles. I utilize holistic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Social Rhythm Therapy that can help you develop a healthier connection with your mind and body to help you live your most authentic and fulfilling life.

My clinical expertise is working with survivors of trauma, sex abuse, social injustice, and domestic violence. I also work with individuals, couples, and families on building healthy relationships, coping with loss, overcoming anxiety and depression, as well as issues specifically relating to the LGBTQ population.
I know it can feel so frustrating, wanting to live, and parts of you are holding you back. While coping skills are important, many of my clients have noticed they still feel stuck even when they are doing what they can to feel better. They tend to find that my ability to hold space for them prepares them for releasing past traumas and hurts through the combination of EMDR and Internal Family Systems. While I come from a faith background, I affirm folks who have suffered religious trauma.
The couples, partners, and individuals I work with have various presenting concerns and intersecting identities, but many of them are Latinx/Latina, polyamorous, kinky, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ and/or QTPOC. I am passionate about supporting folks who have experienced personal, systemic, sexual, and relational difficulties due to traumatic life events (including systemic oppression) with somatic modalities and techniques to help increase regulation, pleasure, intimacy, ease, and sexual wellness.
