Therapists promise, to the best of their abilities, to create a safe place for anyone and everyone that seeks services.
The therapists, counselors, social workers and psychologists below treat common issues such as depression, anxiety, loss, relationship issues and trauma. Chances are, if you're reading this, you are already noticing there are behaviors or patterns in your life you think could be better, and think it could be helpful to talk to someone about them. Someone who's not a friend, parent, teacher, or co-worker; someone who is impartial, someone with nothing to gain from you going one way or another. Engaging in counseling is a brave choice, and I am here to give space to your burdens so that you can continue on your journey that much lighter.
I work with people with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, depression, and people who are adjusting to life changes. Maybe you're not sure what label applies, but you know life has thrown you a curveball and you're feeling stuck. I help people stay organized and focused, cope with anxiety and/or depression, navigate social situations, manage relationships, and get back on track. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you make changes in your life.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages who hold multiple minority identities and are seeking identity development, trauma therapy, or parent training. Many of my clients have jokingly described me as a "process consultant" and "professional poker". I can treat a range of mental health concerns but highly enjoy serving the local LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent community. I have experience writing letters in support of gender-affirming medical interventions (e.g., hormone treatment and surgery).
