When hope fades, or when it feels like God is nowhere to be found, each day can feel tougher than the last. I help those with deep shame reclaim their inherent worth, find healing, and discover wholeness. Our faith community should be a place of belonging — yet too often we feel shame, guilt, and hurt in these places. It can feel like God can love everyone, but not you. You are ashamed of what you are doing or have done, you stay hidden, and you fear if anyone saw the real you they’d reject you.
My clients often have experienced complex trauma. I enjoy working with folks who have experienced trauma because it is incredible to see the healing, change, and growth that occurs in therapy for my clients. I feel honored to be a part of that process in an open, non-judgmental way.
Whether it’s through individual therapy or working with couples, I’m here to support your journey towards a healthier and balanced life. I work with adults and couples, guiding them through challenges like complex family dynamics, boundary setting, anxiety/depression, religious trauma, and ADHD. My foundational belief is that we're all doing the best we can with what we have. As a partner in your journey, I bring an array of tools and skills, hoping to make your path a little easier to navigate.
I believe that my clients are the expert in their lives while recognizing that counseling can be scary. I believe in creating a space with mutual trust and respect that can allow for deep wounds to be healed. I prefer to work collaboratively with my clients, taking a person-centered approach that allows my clients to receive specialized care unique to their own personal needs. I have found that I work best with persons who are motivated to self-explore, seeking healing shifts in their lives.

Are you a high achiever that is overwhelmed and burnt out? Are you upset at not meeting your goals and expectations? Do you constantly struggle with managing your work-life balance? People might think that you have it all together, but on the inside, you are critical of yourself and disappointed. You also might lack confidence and often find yourself second guessing you decisions. I commonly see high achievers and executives that feel like imposters and worry about upsetting.
I work mostly with anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, depression, emotion regulation difficulty, relationship issues, spirituality/deconstruction, body image, and grief, including “identity grief” (grieving the life we thought we’d live). I help adults and adolescents (16+) translate this curiosity into insight to develop emotion regulation skills, a sense of self rooted in integrity instead of shame, and more mindfulness in their relationships.
If you are queer, struggling with a major life adjustment, and are searching for more fulfillment and meaning in your life, we could be a good fit. I primarily work with adults who are seeking services due to trauma, anxiety, or generally feeling overwhelmed with where they want to go in their lives. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ issues and trauma.
I enjoy working with people on identifying the strengths that already lie within you. My goal is never to change anyone, but to empower you to live your most authentic life. I especially enjoy helping clients recovering from toxic relationships, church/religious trauma, or the pressure to suppress their authentic identity. I believe everything you need to grow is already within you. This is the process of helping you find you.

I primarily work with high-functioning professionals and couples facing diverse challenges. From anxiety and depression to navigating life adjustments and work-related stress, my clients seek support in various areas. Relationship and family issues, questions about spirituality, and personal identity are also common themes we explore together. My goal is to provide a warm, empathetic space where clients feel heard and supported as they navigate their unique journeys.

Right now, you could be constantly feeling stressed, have racing thoughts about all the things going on, or or be struggling with second guessing your decisions. If this resonates with you, then therapy could be a good next step for finding relief.
