The populations I work with are, preteens/teens ages 11 and up both male and female. I also provide individual and couples therapy for adult men and women. I practice mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, ages 11 to 111. You can meet with me outdoors via walk and talk/outdoor seated therapy, or by traditional telehealth/in-office therapy.

I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD/complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, addiction and first responder trauma. Often, my clients feel stuck in their symptoms, which hold them back from enjoying comfort in their daily lives.
