My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As a therapist, my work begins inward through self-acceptance, identifying ineffective behaviors, and embracing positive connections with self and others. Working through depression, anxiety, and stress amidst a global pandemic is different for each of us. My role is a supportive one as you grow and reach your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about working with women, minorities, and teens that have experienced oppression or might be looking to find their voice. There are so many variables that contribute who we are in this moment. I'm not here to change any of that; but to support you while you grow and embrace who you truly are.
