About My Clients
As a woman with ADHD, do you feel that your ADHD is impacting your relationships, self-esteem, goals and work? Do you find yourself saying sentences like, ‘I should…, ‘Why can’t I just…’, or ‘If I wasn’t so lazy…’? What if you could find strategies that could help you manage the things that feel like they always are falling through the cracks? Women with ADHD often experience ADHD differently than the stereotypical symptoms. What if you could find validation and understanding of your experience?
My Background and Approach
Whether you have been diagnosed with ADHD for years or just starting your journey, your ADHD doesn't have to feel like a burden. In our work together, you will learn strategies to help manage your ADHD symptoms through executive function coaching. In addition to relational and evidenced-based therapeutic approaches, we will explore potential hurdles that keep you from attaining your goals and deepen your knowledge about your ADHD brain.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a woman with lived experience of ADHD, I understand the daily challenges of what it is like to have ADHD. I invite you to reach out for a phone or video consultation to see if we might be a good fit. I provide individual and group therapy, executive function coaching and will be doing ADHD diagnostic assessments starting early 2024.
